How do we get started?

Simply call or email us to schedule a meet & greet consultation in your home.

Is there a charge for a meet & greet consultation?

The meet & greet consultation is complimentary, and it is required for first-time customers. This is when we all meet to get to know one another as we want all involved to feel comfortable. We will review in detail our services, your pet's routine and fill out the necessary paperwork. We will also go over any additional instructions that are necessary and pick up a set of house keys. Please keep in mind that meet & greet consultations are also required if you are an existing customer with a new pet we haven't met or if you have moved to another home.

What if we had a meet & greet consultation and decide a few days later we would like to use your services? 

 How do you get the key?

We offer key pick-up and delivery for $15.00. Should you decide to use our services during the meet & greet consultation, the pick-up fee is waived. Clients' keys are kept in a secure lockbox, and for an added level of security our policy is to never label keys with your name or address.

Can I give you a garage door opener instead of a key?

For security reasons, we do not accept any type of electronic devices or other forms of entry to your home. Only keys are accepted.

Is it acceptable to share sitting duties with relatives, friends or neighbors?

Due to liability insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate this request.

What if our trip is delayed? How do we know our pet is still cared for?

We request that you call/text us upon your return so we know you've arrived home and everything is safe and sound. If you will be delayed, please call us as soon as you can as we will still make scheduled visits for your pet/s so you will have peace of mind your pet/s are still being cared for. Any extra charges incurred should be paid within five days of your return.

How will I know how my pet/s are doing while I'm away?

For each visit, a daily log is kept, and we also will send you a daily email or text message with occasional pictures.

How do I make payments?

Full payment of cash or check is required at the beginning of all services. (Please note a fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks.)

What if I need to go away on short notice? Can I use your service?

If you are a first-time customer, we will need a minimum of five days so we can schedule a meet & greet consultation with you and your pet at your home. Existing customers do not need further consultations unless new pets or living arrangements have changed. Making visit reservations as early as possible is always preferred and appreciated.

Do you provide services on holidays?

Yes, with no additional fees!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to shorten your trip, please give us 24-hour notice in order to avoid being charged for unnecessary visit/s. If you cancel your trip, please give us at least a 48-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.00. All other service cancellations must be received no less than 24 hours of scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply.
